A small selection of our photography is now available to buy online from Nest and Life of Riley.

THE 12 ARTISTS OF CHRISTMAS
December 2009

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that came and supported us during our recent art exhibition in The Artists' Attic at Burwash Manor. It was another fantastic opportunity for us and we had more positive comments and sales were pretty good considering. Plus it was a brilliant venue, it's just a real shame it had to finish, but watch this space for future exhibitions.

RED BALLOON CHARITY ART AUCTION
November 2009

We donated a framed photo of The Forgotten Gate to the Red Balloon Charity Art Auction. The auction was held on 4th December at Michael House, Trinity St, Cambride.

USA ROAD TRIP
May 2009

We have recently returned from a brilliant holiday in America where we travelled over 3000 miles and took hundreds of photos. We spent 3 weeks on the road in our trusty RV, albeit with knackered brakes which was just a tad worrying along the mountain and coastal roads. Travelling through the states of California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada we were truly spoilt for photographic opportunities, the only problem was finding somewhere to park a 30 foot motorhome.

Utah was by far the nicest looking state although we were shocked to discover a severe lack of coffee there, apparently because of the predominately Mormon religion in that state, or so we were told by a rebel Utah coffee drinker. But our most memorable experience was driving along a section of Route 66, the silence was deafening and the 100+ degree heat was overwhelming. Plus all the derelict diners and gas stations along the way were a photographers dream. Definitely the highlight for us.

We documented our entire travels on Facebook and have now added the best bits to this site which can be viewed in the ABSTRACTS, LANDSCAPES, TREES AND OTHER sections.

TER-WEET-TER-WOO
March 2009

We've joined the online phenomenon that is twitter. Feel free to follow what we're doing on there and see our latest ramblings ... twitter.com/MACKANDME.

CREDIT NUT CRUNCH
January 2009

We're all fed up with hearing about it. So switch off the TV, turn off the radio and get outside and start enjoying yourself again. And if you need any design or photography, then don't stress, just leave it to us because we're still charging peanuts (although we do prefer coffee beans).

CHRISTMAS IN SCOTLAND
December 2008

We spent Christmas in the Scottish Highlands, an entire week of walking, relaxing, eating and taking photos. It was bliss. The conditions were absolutely perfect, there was no snow but that didn't bother us because it meant we could get out and get lots of stunning landscape shots, Scotland is a very photogenic Country. You can view our Scotland photos in the LANDSCAPES, TREES and OTHER sections.

URBAN RIDER GOES LIVE
December 2008

It feels like it's been a while coming but the Urban Rider e-commerce site is now live. This is the site that we not only designed but also did all the lifestyle photography for, which we are particularly pleased with, as was the client. Green Jersey commissioned us to design the site which is quite striking and one that we are very proud of. If you have 5 minutes then go check it out www.urbanrider.co.uk.

ETEAKET IN EDINBURGH
December 2008

While we were on our travels to Scotland in December we dropped in to the eteaket shop (the physical one that is, not the virtual one) for a chat and to buy some tea. We visited just days after the shop opened its doors to the public. If you think that the virtual shop is nice then try and get yourselves to Edinburgh if you can and find the physical shop, it is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and very comfortably laid out. It was just a shame that we had Mr Jakes our nutty Staffie with us otherwise we'd have spent some time there relaxing and drinking tea. Check out the virtual shop here www.eteaket.co.uk. This is another design of ours, again a commission from Green Jersey, that included product and lifestyle photography too.
